How Bin Rentals Work
Renting a construction bin from Southall Services is straightforward. We handle delivery, you fill it, and we haul it away.
1. Request a Bin
Call (250) 588-8894 or use our online request form to choose your bin size and schedule delivery. Not sure which size? A 10 yard bin handles most single-room renovations and garage cleanouts. A 12 yard bin works for larger renovations, roofing jobs, and deck removals. A 20 yard bin is built for full home renovations, construction projects, and major landscaping overhauls.
2. Fill Your Bin
We deliver the bin to your driveway or project site. You have 24 hours included in the base rental. Need more time? Additional days are $20 per day. Load the bin with construction debris, renovation waste, yard waste, household junk, and other approved materials. Do not overfill past the top edge of the bin.
3. We Haul It Away
Call us when you are done and we will pick up the bin, typically within 24 hours. We handle all disposal at approved facilities. You pay the base rental fee plus 10% on the tipping fee at the dump. No blanket fees and no hidden charges. You only pay for what is actually in the bin.

Accepted Materials
- Construction and renovation debris (drywall, lumber, flooring, tiles)
- Roofing materials (shingles, underlayment, flashing)
- Yard waste (branches, sod, dirt, gravel in small quantities)
- Household junk (furniture, appliances, general clutter)
- Concrete and masonry (may affect tipping fees due to weight)
Not Accepted
- Hazardous materials (paint, solvents, chemicals, asbestos)
- Tires, batteries, propane tanks
- Electronics and e-waste
- Food waste and organic waste
- Contaminated soil
